Hello Jean-Luc ! I remember you have asked us before for this piece. I did check the salvage yards in Scandinavia, (I also needed a some parts myself) but there are no Savages at these places. From this, we can clearly draw the conclusion that the Savage is a quality bike, most of the Savages made are still rolling along !
I have a suggestion for you, since it seems impossible to find this piece : if I forge this piece for you, will you have it chromed yourself somewhere in France ? Or shall I forge it out of stainless steel, then you need to do the polishing yourself. Mail me directly if you're interested.
